I’ve been going to this restaurant almost every weekend. I spend my money here regularly, supporting their business. But after what happened last night, I will NEVER step foot in this place again and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid it too.While I was patiently waiting in the queue, the security staff came over and told me, “Sorry, today is only girls no men allowed.” Are you serious? This is the UK, not some backward system where people are treated differently based on gender. It was blatant discrimination, and it was done with zero respect.The security team was rude, aggressive, and clearly untrained in basic customer service or human decency. No explanation, no professionalism just pure arrogance. As a loyal customer who has spent money here regularly, I was treated like trash for no reason.If this is the kind of shameful, sexist policy they want to promote, then they don’t deserve anyone’s business. No one should support a place that thinks it’s okay to discriminate and disrespect people openly at the door.Absolutely disgraceful. Management should be ashamed. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. They don’t value fairness, loyalty, or even basic manners.

What a special night! My partner and I first met here 5 years ago on our first date, and it's even more special to be back celebrating one of our 30th birthdays as a married couple.The staff were fantastic, attentive, and made the entire experience seamless. The food was delicious, and the surprise birthday plate was the perfect touch.We loved the English sparkling wine, and our table location with the view was just perfect. It was wonderful to relive old memories and create new ones.We're already looking forward to our next visit! If you're looking for a great spot with exceptional service, look no further. Can't wait to come back and celebrate again!

We had an amazing lunch here and the staff, food and views made for a great experience. They also made sure to make a fuss as they heard it was my birthday and brought out a lovely little addition to my dessert. All round lovely venue and we would highly recommend.

Ate here today as a family of four, one with coeliac disease.We didn’t book, we took a gamble and turned up on Mother’s Day hoping they’d be able to get us in, and we weren’t disappointed.Florin looked after us, and his service and attention to detail was fantastic. Please pass on our thanks to him as he was great with us especially our daughter who has dietary needs. He put us all at ease and she ate safely without issue or worry.Can’t wait to return, hopefully when it’s not as windy outside!

I had the pleasure of dining at 20 stories in Manchester with some old pals, and it was excellent. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with stylish decor and a lively yet relaxed ambiance. And what an amazing view!The service was impeccable – attentive without being intrusive, and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. Florian looked after us well. The food was beautifully presented and really tasty.The drinks menu was equally impressive, with a fantastic selection of wines and expertly crafted cocktails.Overall, 20 stories is an excellent place to go - will definitely be back!

20 Stories is a must visit when in Manchester! Absolutely stunning views of the skyline & the vibes are unmatched.Shoutout to the amazing lady that served us! Unfortunately I didn’t manage to catch her name but she was so warm, friendly & attentive offering great recommendations & making sure we were comfortable all throughout. She really made the experience extra special!I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable experience in Manchester. Great drinks, fantastic service & stunning views!

Stunning. Visited mid November for drinks and dinner and they could easily accommodate us. As we were under 6 people it was a walk in policy for the terrace drinks, but for the restaurant they were fine and had tables free to move us inside for food.Menu was a good selection of options but the lamb was amazing, super tender and melt in your mouth.Good portion sizes and incredible service, would definitely recommend and return
