BEWARE Most of the reviews are fake as they offer a discount if you leave them a review BEFORE PAYING or post them on social media. The food is absolutely disgusting, not worth the money at all. The hygiene is really bad. The seatings is cramped. The desserts are couple days of old. The milk cakes are not actually milk cake. The milkshake tastes watery the karak chai are cold and tasted off. Won't ever be visiting again. And defo wouldn't recommend .
Food was delicious and had great options for meals and deserts. Had the pukk burger Matilda cake and finish it off with a karak chai and they were superb. The service and presentation was perfect. Great takeaway 💯🔥
This surprisingly quiet dessert spot on ladypool road was a last minute decision as it was quite quiet for a Friday night. The pistachio latte and iced latte was absolutely beautiful. We also tried the pistachio frenchie which was quite expensive considering the size but was really tasty. The milk cake was chocolate sponge and the milk was poured on after purchase which was quite strange so we decided not to try it. However a quiet spot considering the location and definitely worth visiting for the pistachio lattes!

I recently ordered online from Me and You, and unfortunately, one of the meals was missing from my order. I called the restaurant, and Hakim, the owner, was incredibly apologetic and polite. He immediately offered to provide the missing meal free of charge and invited me to come and collect it at my convenience.When I arrived, Hakim greeted me warmly and ensured the issue was resolved quickly. His professionalism and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a pleasant one. The food was delicious, as always, and I truly appreciate Hakim's effort to make things right. I highly recommend Me and You for their great food and exceptional service!

I recently visited ME YOU / Desserts & Burgers and was blown away by the quality of the food and drinks. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, the karak chai was perfectly spiced and soothing, the Oreo milkshake was creamy and indulgent, and the pistachio milk cake was incredibly moist and delicious. Each item was crafted with care, and the combination of flavors made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great food and desserts!

I did not know Karak tea, and here I love it and could not live without it, the burgers have good quality ingredients, the chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, all with a lot of flavor! the special fries are incomparable, inside a cozy and beautifully decorated place that transports us directly to a French boulevard! The very special attention of Souheyb, Digbo and Hakim! I was also able to meet the chef who, with a great experience in one of the best hotels in Paris, has brought that to Birmingham, this place is 100% Recommended!
I got a mate who’s very picky with his food, his come here and he ain’t faulted it one bit, from the food to the service, they make you feel at home. No need to say any more, just get yourselves down here
Pathetic service! If ur order is a big one then forget about getting it cos first they are gonna prepare all the small orders even for the people came way later than u and once they are done with everyone else then u might get ur turn and then u might not feel like eating anymore! So best of luck there!

I had mixed feelings about my experience at MeYou Restaurant. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered everyone at our table a sample of their karak chai, which was a thoughtful touch. However, the menu was a bit chaotic and hard to navigate, with confusing deals and offers. Additionally, it was a surprise to find out that they only accept cash, which added some inconvenience to the experience.The wait time for food was longer than expected, and at one point, we speculated that they were delaying our order because some of our group went out to get cash. That left us feeling a bit uncomfortable.As for the food, the pukka burger was quite good, and overall, the prices were reasonable. Despite the positives, the confusing payment situation and long wait times made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.Overall, MeYou Restaurant has potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Hakim provides excellent customer service and attention as soon as you walk through the door.Be advised the place is cash only, and when I tried to visit nearby cash machines they were all out of order.Hakim was extremely generous and despite me not having the money gave me a free Karak Chai on the house, and I would say it’s definitely among the best around. Thank you for your hospitality! Would recommend 10/10

Me You Restaurant is the perfect spot for a delicious karak chai and some of the best cheesecakes we've ever had! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. We're already looking forward to trying more of their dishes next time we're in Birmingham. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food and service
So this place has a sign outside highlighting milkshakes for £3.99 and another sign that says buy 1 get 1 free. So how much would you expect to pay to get 2 milkshakes? £3.99 - wrong. The buy 1 get 1 free offer charges you almost double so around £7.99 (I can't remember exactly). I think it is an interesting marketing ploy to get people in through the door. This being said, the milkcake was good although it needed more milk. The milkshake that I purchased mango coco was also good.

My friends and I recently travelled from London and decided to visit this restaurant for a late-night snack, having heard many good things about it. We were not disappointed! The place is not only very good but also extremely presentable and clean. The atmosphere was fantastic, providing a perfect setting for a relaxed evening.A special shoutout to Wasim, who took excellent care of us throughout our visit. His attentive and friendly service truly enhanced our dining experience. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. Thanks to Wasim and the entire team for making our night memorable.We will definitely be returning next time we're in town!
Had 2 different signature latte's. Vothbtaste the same. Both were suppose to be hot but one was just warm and they both taste the same and looked nothing like the picture in the menu. 2 good things were shop was very elegantly decorated and secondly it was buy 1 get 1 free on drinks.

Bad experience of food on last purchase, it used to be good but seems to of gone really downhill. it’s a shame when these sort of things happen as it’s off putting. Maybe it’s hit and miss nowadays but it would make somebody not want to try it again just in case the food is unsatisfactory.

Had bad experience first time but gave them second chance few weeks later once again whilst on a shopping trip.Place was not busy however the service was very poor waited long time for our order given no explanation ,it’s definitely not value for money and 2 four 1 is a rip off and we forgot that it’s only cash service, wonder why🤔 just as well not local as I would not return .

Disappointing Experience at Café me youI recently visited Café me you and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the prices were exorbitant, far exceeding the quality of the offerings. The menu lacked variety, and the taste of the food did not justify the high prices.Moreover, the inconvenience of not being able to pay by card was frustrating in this day and age. It's astonishing that a café in this modern era still doesn't accept card payments, forcing customers to carry cash.Overall, I wouldn't recommend Café me you to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. The combination of steep prices, limited menu options, and lack of card payment options makes it a less than ideal choice for a meal or coffee outing. Most probable the review are fake and paid for the review
Possibly the most overpriced place I’ve ever been to in my life. I have NO idea how the ratings are so high… must be paid/fake.Burgers £10 and they’re literally 3 bites and taste soo cheap. I genuinely thought they’re £2 burgers but when I found out they’re £10 I almost spat my food out. Also £10 and that’s not even a meal!!! JUST THE BURGER IS £10. SHOCKING. And the loaded fries… let me not start, some cheap Lidl fries on a plate with genuinely 3 pieces of tiny chicken and then the rest of it is just fried chicken batter, and the cheese ontop is the most processed stuff ever.. absolutely violating the tastebuds. Again £10-12 for it. So you’re paying around £22 for a cheaper small burger and some processed fries and you still don’t get a drink. The quality of the food and the price was absolutely shocking….
This evening, we ventured to "Me You", where we were greeted with a heartwarming reception. The seating was thoughtfully arranged, and the decor was charming, if perhaps slightly overdone. We availed ourselves of a special offer on waffles-buy one, get one free-alongside a flavorful Karak chai for ourselves and two milkshakes for the children.The service was first-rate, characterized by staff who were nothing short of polite and attentive. Our desserts arrived beautifully presented, and the teas were nothing short of perfect, a solid 10/10.The entire experience was delightful, and I can confidently recommend a visit with the highest praise. Without doubt, we will return.
Where to start puka pizza was exactly as it states a whole lot of puka nothing on it, some scraps of chicken and a drizzle of sauce. The canoli is the size of your middle finger and that's exactly what I thought when I saw it. Burgers were the best thing I tasted from my order if I could stop sliding the chicken from the bun. Overall, it's back to you!

I can only express gratitude to them, I ordered through Uber Eats and the driver stole my food, I went and explained everything to them and they made everything again without charge, very nice people and delicious food, from now on I will go directly to the shop to order.

Food was sub par at best. The photo of the pizza speaks for itself. Should've known better when they photoshopped the toppings on the pizza on uber eats. I'm ashamed at myself for falling for the 2 for 1 deal and even more ashamed that I ate it because I was hungry.We also ordered Burgers but again not worth the 4 pound. The only thing that was decent was the milkshake. Idk how they got so many good reviews unless they're buying them but don't trust the 5 stars. It's all propaganda for ur money.Very upset but a lesson learned.

world level Karak.Injad sorted us out with a giftcard for a Karak, place uses only cash, did not have my wallet and Injad basically said its alright in the most brotherly way possible. Also had the generosity to answer a question in our debate wether tea or coffee is consumed most.Again, this place is remarkable and will comeback again.Place well lit; well atmosphere and friendly.
Can't tell you how happy we were to stumble on this place late at night. We'd fancied a bubble tea from somewhere else nearby but it was a literal crime scene so we had a look around and these guys had a sign outside with the bold claim of the "best karak in the UK".It probably is. It's amazing. I'm glad I had a large one. I also had a milkshake - the fella recommended a Biscoff so I did as I was told. Incredible.My mate had a different milkshake, and also tried karak for the first time. He too was very happy.Definitely going back. Any future visits to the Birmingham area will be incomplete unless I go here.UPDATE MARCH 2025: I've been back half a dozen times and can confirm that I love Me You more than my own parents. They even do the karak mix in takeaway pouches. Bro even sorted me out with some extras. What a place.
Good place for desert, light snack or 'best in town' karak chai. Order loaded fries and later chai and they were certainly worth the visit. The member of staff with French accent and his over enthused service only is worth the visit
