Vermilion is an independent Thai and Indian fusion restaurant on Lord North Street, off Hulme Hall Lane in Manchester. Set across three storeys, it brings Thai flavours and Indian heritage together, with signature cocktails and a dramatic dining room that also hosts weddings and large events.
